How to Optimize the New Blogger Interface

Hello from TASC- The App Store Chronicle. Today, if you host a blog on Blogger you may have noticed that the interface was converted yesterday to the newly rebuilt interface. This change has been looming for months, but now that it’s here, I have some tips for you to best optimize the new features.

1. Custom 404 and redirect pages in blogger- Under your settings you can now set custom redirect and 404 pages. I suggest cracking a joke in your 404 page to separate you from the pack. Check out the recent mashable article on the best 404s for examples.
2. Organize your writing more. I am not doing this well in this post because i’m writing from the iphone app, but the newly designed writing space is clean and large which catalyzes the creative proccess. Rich text is so easy to do. Give it a try.
3. Apparently the Blogger team added a new promoted product tool for adsense that makes affiliate marketing easy. I have yet to locate it, but this sounds like a fantastic opportunity to make money.

What do you think about the new interface?
