Photoshop… The Police Tool of the future?

Photoshop, and other photo editors (including apps which I will review) amaze me. By adjusting a few things you can make a dark photo with a lot of missing details come to life. You can completely alter the looks of people. Just the pure power to turn a low-Res dark photo into something visible could be incredibly useful for law enforcement in identifying vehicles in cell phone photos for example.
